How does it work?

Contact us for personalized assistance in selecting a design that perfectly matches your unique taste, budget, and size of your bouquet.

*BOOKING FOUR MONTHS TO A YEAR IN ADVANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED*

Step 1: Reserve Your Spot in My Calendar

To get started, simply contact me with the details of your bouquet preservation order. Let me know the date of your wedding, the type of bouquet you would like preserved, and any special requests or preferences you may have. **Please note orders take up to 6 months to be processed!**

Once we’ve discussed your order, a $200 deposit is required to reserve your spot on my calendar for the day after your wedding. This deposit is necessary to:

  • Secure your preservation slot: I only accept a limited number of bouquets each week, and booking in advance ensures that I can dedicate the proper time and care to your preservation.

  • Prepare for your order: The deposit helps me purchase the materials needed to preserve your bouquet, including high-quality resin, molds, and any custom pieces you may want. The deposit is applied to the final cost of the service.

Step 2: Drop off or Ship Your Bouquet

On the day after your wedding (or a prearranged date), you’ll need to get your bouquet to me. You can either:

  • Ship your bouquet: If you're from out of town or prefer to ship it, I’ll provide detailed instructions on how to carefully package and send it.

  • Drop off your bouquet: If you're local, you can drop off your bouquet directly at my studio.

Please make sure to get your bouquet to me as soon as possible after your wedding for the best preservation results.

Step 3: Preservation Process

Once I receive your bouquet, I’ll begin the intricate preservation process. This typically involves:

  • Carefully cleaning and drying the flowers

  • Arranging the flowers in custom molds

  • Using high-quality resin to preserve the natural beauty of your flowers

Throughout this process, I take great care to ensure that each petal, stem, and detail is perfectly captured. Depending on your custom requests (such as adding decorative elements or preserving additional items), the process may take up to 6 months.

Step 4: Sanding, Top Coating, and Polishing

After your bouquet is carefully preserved in resin, the next step is to make it shine! In this phase, I meticulously sand the resin surface to remove any imperfections and create a smooth finish. Then, I apply a top coating to enhance the clarity and depth of the resin, giving the preservation a glossy, glass-like appearance. Finally, I perform a thorough polishing to ensure that your bouquet shines brightly and looks as beautiful as the day you got married.

Step 5: Ready for Pickup

Once the sanding, coating, and polishing are complete, I’ll contact you to let you know that your bouquet preservation is ready! I’ll prepare your piece for pickup at my studio and arrange a time that works best for you. If you’re local, you can come by to pick it up in person, or if you're out of town, I’ll ship it to you with careful packaging to ensure it arrives safely.

Step 6: Celebrate Your Memories

Once you receive your preserved bouquet, you’ll have a beautiful, lasting memory of your special day that can be displayed for years to come! Whether as a statement piece in your home or a cherished keepsake, your preserved bouquet will always serve as a timeless reminder of the love and joy of your wedding day.
